Enhanced Appraiser Listing Agreement
By clicking the subscribe button below, I confirm that I am currently licensed and valid for Federal and State related work.  I further agree, that EZdesk.com, at their sole discretion will decide whether to accept a request for listing. I hereby agree that I will abide by their decision on placing or not placing my request for a listing enhancement and that I waive all other remedies.  If my listing is declined initially, I will be returned my listing fee. I may cancel my subscription ANY time for the next following billing term, however, I understand due to initial development and listing labor the initial term is NOT refundable.  If I cancel my subscription, I will cancel at least 3 days prior to the renewal date to avoid further charges.

Standard Submission.

Standard Listing:

  1. Standard Listings may display Company, Name, Address, State, Zip. 

  2. No guaranteed placement, but IF listed, your listing will display through the free listing base rotating in priority with other free listings. 

  3. You must fully licensed, Provisional and Trainees are not eligible.

  4. Allow  5 - 10 weeks for a free listing to be displayed.  IF you want an immediate and highly visible listing, purchase the Enhanced Listing above
