Schedule of Listing Fees / Terms
 Four Listing types as follows:

Deluxe Market Saturation Listing Package - $489/Year - You get an animated banner on the State  search page with your message, which is seen by everyone searching that State, PLUS a Priority Listing (Primary Header, if available) for your County, PLUS 5 additional regular listings in counties of your choice in that State.  Save $134 on Package.

State Channel Banner: $349/Year - An animated banner with your message on the state search page of your choice.  Your message seen by search users on every search for that state plus a free regular listing in the city/county of your choice. 

Primary Header Listing: $149.00/year - Number 1 City and County Listing - You get the number 1 listing in the county of your choice. On every search of your city or county you come up in the Top Spot every time. The header listing is always the first listing shown. The "Header" spot is the premium location in the website which receives the most activity.

Priority: $99.00/year - TOP 10 - 1 primary county. A guaranteed listing in the upper section of your city or county. You will always come in near the top of a search for appraisers in your area.

Additional Counties:  Available with purchase of any listing, you may add additional counties for $25 each.  $12 each if you take the whole State.

Direct Link To Your Website: $45/one time fee
We will provide a link from your directory listing in eZDesk.com Appraisal Search Directory to your own website for a one time fee of $45. There is no fee for this service in the following years. eZDesk.com is the best marketing tool for your website.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and checks. All fees are paid upfront for the year. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of your real estate appraiser license. The Deluxe, Channel and State premium header listings receive the privilege of a "first right of refusal option" toward the following year. An advertiser with a header listing cannot be bumped in the following year if the option is picked up within 21 days of the renewal date. We will make every effort to inform the advertisers with header listings in advance of their option date although no liability is assumed. The advertiser is responsible to notify us of their intent to exercise their option by payment at least 21 days prior to their renewal date.

I hereby confirm that I am a state licensed real estate appraiser and my license is currently valid for Federally related work.  I further agree, that eZDesk.com and our  directory technology manager,  Feeappraiser.com at their sole discretion will decide whether to accept a request for listing. I hereby agree that I will abide by their decision on placing or not placing my request for a listing and that I waive all other remedies with the exception of the return of my listing fee paid.
