The rest is even easier. When you have the documents ready to send from your existing programs, you click on the Print menu of the application you are working in. Under the print menu, select Click2Doc™. Then just Click to Doc. It is that simple. You will get the selection menu shown below. You name the file, make your decision to email or save as file. You should also decide whether you want to password protect the documents. Then click OK.

Click2Doc™then follows your instructions. If you selected the email option, an email send form from your standard email program will appear with the file already attached. You supply the email address and any additional message and send. Your client has documents in minutes.

The client can save, read, view and print the documents. They cannot edit them. Never send a contract again and worry again if you got back the same one you sent. May be used with most all Win programs including word processors, spreadsheets, database, and publishing.
