Click2Doc FX

Signature is added through browser.
Popup invitation to sign document opens signature field to type name. It
can then be "Dragged and Dropped" anywhere on the document. Once placed it
is translated into our "script" and a confirmation is requested asking for the
signing parties address, phone and last 4 digits of SS#. (Later this will
be used for an instant verify feature)
Then the document is encrypted and stored for 25 months. The document can be called by anyone with the paper document or coded URL or the sender within their doc management system.
At the event of the signature, the sending parties account is "charged" for the delivery and they are notified they can print the signed document or send it for electronic viewing.
