Documents and Forms
Click2Doc® has the ability to create a file set that can be
e-mailed to anyone with Windows
95, 98, Millennium®.
You must purchase a retail version of Click2Doc by visiting the
Click2Doc site at www.Click2Doc.net
. POINT users qualify for
special pricing available only at this site.
Printing
and e-mailing with Click2Doc
1.
Verify that the Click2Doc is installed.
Click the Start button,
and choose Settings, then click
Printers.

The Printers folder should display an icon titled Click2Doc. Click the X
at the top right to exit Printers.

Start POINT and open a prospect or borrower file.
4.
Click the File menu and choose
Print.
The Print Options will display.

Select the forms to be e-mailed, and click OK.
The Print dialogue box will display.

Click the Setup button.
7.
Click on the dropdown list for Specific
Printer, and choose Click2Doc.

Click OK on the Print dialogue box. The Click2Doc dialogue box
will display. Select
“email” option if an MS Outlook or Outlook Express user then skip to
12. If not, go to 9.
Note: If you are using Microsoft Outlook® or Outlook Express® skip to step 12.

Specify the location and filename of the Click2Doc file to be
created, and click OK.

A dialogue box called Click2Doc will display.
Specify the directory path and file name for saving your file. (We
recommend creating a fold called “My Click2Docs” for storing and
retrieving.) Click OK.

Close or minimize POINT, open your e-mail software, start a new
message, and attach the Click2Doc file. Consult your e-mail software documentation for attaching
files. Manually inset your
subject and your outbound message to the recipient.
Note: If you are using Microsoft
Outlook or Outlook
Express complete with step 12.
12.
Type in the email address and the personal salutation over your
default comments that automatically appear in the email.
Then Send Mail. Be
sure you have told your borrower or client to expect a file from you and
it contains their documents.
Note:
If you chose multiple forms to be printed, a single Click2Doc file will be
created containing all the pages in a set.
The recipient cannot edit Click2Doc forms. They can save, view or
print. Click2Doc forms can be
stored on most any media including WEB Servers and file transfer systems
for downloading. |
