Lead Co-Op is a system that generates
"FREE" loan leads. With the Lead Co-Op, all those "out of area" leads

is required to Join?

agent manages and that is a paid site. If you

How
does it work?

inquiries are sent directly to you by email if they are within
your state(s). If they are outside your lending area, then
the inquiry is sent to the Co-Op's famous 4-Minute Loan Request form.
The request is whisked away to Co-Op participants that serve that
state. Now, you can earn credit for every lead outside of
your state coverage.
