3.  BEST RESULTS:  For best results use this eBook WITH an active Internet connection.  Certain support information displays may be dependent on an open connection.

 4. COPYING:  Like any copyrighted book, copying for resale or distribution is prohibited.  However, small portions of the eBook such as worksheets, calculations results, etc. can be copied for use as reference,  or in the normal routine of your mortgage business, or for being quoted as long as credit is given to the Copyright Holder.   The whole work may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without specific written permission by the copyright holder.  See licensing for specifics.

7.Trouble Shooting - EZdesk eBooks have ONLY 3 KNOWN issues and are typically compatible with all Windows operating systems, Win 98 and up.

1) Firewalls.  EZdesk manuals work best when they can access data from the Internet.  You may have to add your manual to the "OK" list in your firewall.  Certain firewalls will interfere with the manual display IF our manual is not added.  See your system administrator for help.

2) Norton - Symantec Anti-Virus software has a long record of false positives.  This mis-identification of specialty software seems to be common.  Most other Anti Virus programs do not have this problem.  Norton will often prevent you from viewing and getting full access to our digital manuals.   Some Symantec versions have a method to "OK" programs you want to use, so it will not block your access.  See settings for possible correction here.   Sorry, we are unable to offer advice on Norton, other than to fully uninstall it and replace with one of the leading competitors.

3) Browser Hijackers and Spy-ware may cause display problems with our digital manuals.  Hijackers are often missed by many anti-virus programs.  You can scan your system FREE here:  Scan for Hijackers.
