The following Quote for purchase of your note and/or contract for deed is as follows and is subject to the verification of the data submitted to Equity Financial Services, Inc. by the Note Seller and/or Broker whereas, the Quote is based on:
A. Obtaining all necessary documentation as outlined below in a timely manner, whereas, time is of the essence.

Methods of Purchase:
1. Full Purchase Price hereby quoted by Equity Financial Services, Inc. is: , whereas, any discrepancy of the above referred to note balance, any required holdback payments and the final payoff of any underlying lien (if applicable); or purchase price will be reduced at closing to reflect any payments received since date of this Agreement.
2. Partial Purchase Price hereby quoted by Equity Financial Services, Inc. is: $, for number of payments. Upon receiving all payments purchased and all accrued interest regarding said payments, the note will revert to the ownership of the Lien holder herein, whereas, Equity Financial Services, Inc. will pay all normal closing cost up to an amount not to exceed $500.00 whereas, any closing cost above this amount will be paid by Note Seller.
The above referred to quote by Equity Financial Services, Inc. is subject to the execution of a final contract between the parties, whereas, the quote up until execution of a final contract between the parties may be withdrawn at anytime without notice whereas, Equity Financial Services, Inc. will not be responsible to Note Seller and/or Broker in such case.
Upon your acceptance of the quote as set forth in this Quote Agreement, and since time is of the essence, Equity Financial Services, Inc. will need the Seller and/or his representative to immediately furnish Equity Financial Services, Inc. with the following documents:
2. A copy of all pages of the recorded Deed of Trust/Trust Deed/Mortgage. (showing the file /recording date, and volume and page number assigned by the county clerk.) Note: Will need original at closing.
3. A copy of all pages of the Contract for Deed (if applicable) to this Quote.
4. A copy of all pages of the Settlement Statement between Lien Holder and Buyer/Payor (for the purpose of verifying the down payment by the payor.)
5. A copy of the Lenders/ Mortgagee Title Insurance Policy. (if no Mortgagee Title Policy is available, one will be required at closing.)
6. A copy of all pages of the recorded Warranty Deed from Seller to Buyer/Payor showing the volume and page assigned to this document by the county clerk.)
7. A copy of all sides of the Real Estate Note or Promissory Note (original note(s) will be needed at closing)
8. A copy of the Buyer/ Payor(s) payment history, based upon your records. (Copies of any checks or deposit and/ or receipts will be helpful)
9. A copy of all pages of Amortization Schedule.
10. A copy of a survey plat and location map showing property location.
11. A copy of the proof of current insurance coverage by Buyer/ Payor, showing the Lien Holder as loss Payee.
12. A copy of the latest Tax Statements/Certificate on Property from the county or Parish Tax Assessors office.
13. Social Security number or Federal ID number of the Buyer/ Payor, for the purpose of credit evaluation.
14. Copy of any Appraisal on the property.
