Our earning model is based on the ability of loan advisors to convert leads into loan, and their ability to recruit a �downline�of loan advisors, permitting capable managers to maximize their earning potential and build regional origination cells.
For example, an advisor can recruit five Level I reports who in turn can recruit five Level II reports. The original seed advisor would then receive 4% commission override on all Level I recruits and 3% commission on all Level II recruits. The following table illustrates the earning potential for both the single advisor and one that has recruited five cells with five advisors each.
