EZdesk.com Announces Acquisition of SourceRates.com Web Site and Membership.
Nashville-Seattle, July 27, 2001 Ezdesk, Inc. a service provider for mortgage professionals, has announced it has acquired the web site, members list and domain name from SourceRates.com, Inc., a Seattle based company.
According to EZdesk, Inc.'s President, Paul Christison, the SourceRates.com site offers an extensive source of sub-prime lender information for the mortgage originator. Their searchable database provides critical information of sub-prime lender programs and rates from across the country.
EZdesk, Inc. continues to expand its network of web sites dedicated to helping mortgage professionals work more efficiently.
With the addition of SourceRates.com user base, the EZdesk network now exceeds 13,000 mortgage professionals members. Combined opt-in subscriber base climbs to over 21,000 mortgage professionals.
