Equity Financial Services, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this websites: eZ Desk.com™and equity-financial.com. 

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site and for security purposes.

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and promotional material from some of our partners. Ads may contain cookies, and appear to be coming from our site, but in reality they are coming from our partners who are serving ads on our site. Our site does not use cookies as of the date of this statement, but we reserve the right to do so without notice.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The security measures consist of having limited employee access to the information and to use low level means of security.  We also Stealth Protect are site by proprietary means whereby our concepts and materials are mapped and the Web is actively searched for unique identifiers or patterns duplicating or similar to our site.  Some of these methods may follow the IP trail you leave behind and search along the path for our material. Since this is still an experimental technology, we are unable to state whether this poses any additional privacy issues for the User.  Our view is that is no different that being electronically search by a store when you leave their premises.  In plain English, don't take our ideas or materials off site and publish them and you should not have a problem. You have agreed to do this in using our site under the Terms Of Service Contract.

2. You can We use egroups for email contact. We DO NOT publish member lists. Each email gives member the Opt-Out address. They are told at registration they will have the ability to Opt Out later.
