If the broker  or correspondent is interested, they will authorize us to provide their contact information and other details, such as current method of marketing, monthly volume, etc., to you instantly via email hot link.

What are the costs per new broker relationship?  About 1/5th of your current cost when compared to using an AE to cold call or follow up on direct mail or print media advertising. 

Are there setup fees?   Typically, No.   Setup for 2 products is included FREE with payment of your order.  Adding other products or changes later will have development costs or less than $500 per product as a one time setup cost.  Products can be turned off and then back on to regulate flow with just an email to our support desk.  Net Branch clients do not have product set up costs of any kind.

What is the wait time?   Typically, the lead time is 7-9 working days till lead flow begins from the receipt of your payment depending on number of products you want inquiries for.  After setup, lead flow can be stop and started within hours.

How long has EZdesk been in business?   EZdesk registered its first member in March of 1999.  Every EZdesk employee INCLUDING the programmers and office management, have had at least 5 years experience with the industry.  The principals have both wholesale, correspondent and brokering experience.  They understand your needs to constantly reduce cost of broker / client acquisition along with increasing volume growth through expanding the origination base.

What are the ongoing costs?   The ONLY direct cost is per inquiry.  The costs are low enough, you can still pay an outside AE their typical spread  OR gain pricing advantages by using your call room AE's.  The use of our MyBroker Relationship Manager software is included FREE with paid accounts and is optional for you to use.

What happens if the response rate (number of inquiries) is less than what I paid for.   This is rare, but has happened on some of the smaller niche programs in a limited GEO area.  We make it easy!  You receive a refund by the 10th of the following month OR a credit for the next order, YOUR CHOICE. 

How long am I locked in to participate?   Orders are prepaid for one month.  You may cancel at anytime prior to the start of the next month.   There are no contracts, no hassles, no gimmicks.  Use a credit card, PayPal or write a check to start the service.  Pause or cancel anytime with a couple of clicks or validated email.

What is the minimum order size?   The minimum order is 50 inquiries per month and then in increments of 25 up to a maximum of 250.  For larger orders, please contact us for special pricing and partnering details.

Is there a minimum budget?    Yes.  $1400 with guaranteed minimum response!

Do you sell membership lists.  NO.  We do not sell, rent or trade members or visitors lists.  They must be interested in your program benefits and request the transmittal of their interest, before we can provide it to you.
